Role Description This is a full-time, Key Account Executive role based in Singapore.

• The Key Account Executive will manage and grow relationships with the supermarket key accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with the stores. Work closely with the in-house sales team to align merchandising plans, stock pushes, and promotional calendars with sales targets; ensure consistent pricing and messaging in-store.
• Negotiate and manage paid space buys with stores (end-caps, gondolas, feature/island displays); track space buy fulfilment and ROI, and ensure contracted space is delivered as agreed.
• Plan shelf space allocation, planograms, and promotional/seasonal displays; ensure execution meets brand and category standards.
• Regular audit checks that actual shelf set matches approved planogram
• Plan and execute in-store roadshows, sampling, and tasting events with vendors, coordinating logistics, manpower, and store operations sign-off; review event sales uplift afterward.
• Supervise, and train the merchandisers; set daily/weekly priorities and conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor stock levels and on-shelf availability; coordinate with procurement/buying on replenishment, new listings, and delisting.
• Track sales and category performance data to identify growth opportunities and flag underperforming SKUs or vendors.
• Prepare periodic reports on account performance, space buy/event ROI, merchandising KPIs, and team productivity.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience in key account management in the supermarket channel
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and accounts.
• Experience leading small teams
• Effective communication, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Understanding of or interest in nutrition and consumer health trends.
• Ability to travel locally for store visits.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and within cross-functional teams.
