Job Title: Customer Service & Admin Executive

Location: Yishun

Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Salary Range: $2,200 – $2,400 / month

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Customer Service & Admin Executive to join our team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our online customers, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and managing everyday administrative tasks to support sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support & Online Engagement

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across online channels (live chat, email, instant messaging, and sales platforms).

  • Provide product advice and assistance regarding our air purifiers, replacement filters, and basic product specifications.

  • Address customer issues, returns, or warranty inquiries efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.

• Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Process daily online orders accurately and ensure timely updates to stock inventory systems.

  • Coordinate with warehouse or logistics partners to track deliveries and ensure on-time shipping.

• General Administration

  • Maintain up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and filing systems.

  • Perform general administrative support tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in customer service, online retail, or administrative roles is preferred.

• Skills: Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude. Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, and messaging apps).

• Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking independently.
