岗位职责

  • Prepare and serve toast, hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, juices, smoothies, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
  • Refill beverage ingredients and toppings as required.
  • Keep the drink preparation area clean and organised at all times.
  • Wash and sanitise utensils, cups, and equipment after use.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of replenishment needs.
  • Follow food hygiene and safety guidelines (SFA standards). Have certificate Hygience Food level 1.
  • Properly store and label ingredients to ensure freshness.
  • Manage at POS cashier to ensure all department smooth.
  • Prior experience in F&B or beverage preparation is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm from Mon-Fri, Sunday.
