Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Engineer to provide onsite end-user support during a Windows and Microsoft 365 migration and cutover project.

Position: Desktop Engineer

Location: Singapore – Onsite

Duration: 2 Months

Start Date: 22 September 2026

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM SGT

Contract: B2B/Freelance

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite and floor-walking support during migration and cutover activities.
• Support Windows 10/11 devices, Microsoft 365, and end-user account/access issues.
• Assist with domain migration, device reconfiguration, profile migration, and user access.
• Troubleshoot Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive issues.
• Support mailbox/document migration and OneDrive synchronisation queries.
• Perform device health checks and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Log and manage incidents and service requests in line with agreed processes.
• Work closely with project, infrastructure, and service desk teams.
• Provide clear communication and guidance to end users throughout the migration.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Desktop/Endpoint Support and Windows 10/11.
• Good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Experience with domain/device migration and user profile migration.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Previous experience in onsite enterprise support or migration projects is preferred.
