Production Assistant (Print Finishing)

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Assist with general print finishing and production work.

•⁠ ⁠Perform binding, gluing, taping, folding, sorting, packing and other finishing work.

•⁠ ⁠Read and understand job instructions before starting each task.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure work is completed according to the job requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Update and report the status of each assigned job accurately.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure every completed job/task is properly updated and cleared.

•⁠ ⁠Check finished products for basic quality and quantity.

•⁠ ⁠Keep the work area clean and organised.

•⁠ ⁠Assist the production team with other duties when required.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Able to read and understand work instructions.

•⁠ ⁠Able to provide basic job status updates and reports.

•⁠ ⁠No printing experience required; training will be provided.

•⁠ ⁠Careful, responsible and detail-oriented.

•⁠ ⁠Able to perform hands-on and repetitive work.

•⁠ ⁠Able to work independently and follow instructions.

•⁠ ⁠Good attendance and punctuality.

•⁠ ⁠Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
