Job Description:

• Ensure smooth operations of all systems and service in accordance to the maintenance schedule.
• Preserve the functions of all M & E services to achieve smooth and effective operations.
• Perform regular checks on the electrical switch board, AHUs and other services to ensure all of them are functioning in a proper manner.
• Perform any other functions of building maintenance in regards to carpentry, plumbing, staining and varnishing, faucet repair, caulking, measuring, sewage disposal, etc.
• Attend to tenants’ requests, feedback or complaints on maintenance related matters and carry out the relevant repair jobs.
• Ensure proper recording of work assignments and prepare daily or weekly reports for submission.
• To perform general maintenance and servicing for all facilities in the residences.
• To conduct monthly checking on routine and preventive maintenance covering all electrical items, cold and hot water system, fixture and all building installation.
• To monitor and update all services and maintenance via written records.
• To attend to emergency and contingency matters.
• To attend to all maintenance requests within 48 hours.
• To perform service and maintenance duties in the hotel with the highest degree of efficiency which contributes to savings in cost and resources.
• To manage 3rd party suppliers and contractors to ensure services provided are completed in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

- Fit and in good health

- Pleasant personality

- Willing to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays

- Experienced in maintenance jobs, preferably in hospitality industry
