Arrangement: Hybrid – primarily remote, with occasional on-site days for filming and content capture as needed, on project basis

About the Role  

You will independently own and grow a TikTok channel from zero for a B2B metals recycling company. This is a hands-on freelance role where you’ll take full ownership of planning, creating, posting, analysing performance, and generating leads — with complete visibility into the channel’s results.  

Key Responsibilities  

- Plan content calendars focused on generating inquiries  

- Film, edit and post at least 4 videos per week using a smartphone and basic gear  

- Turn technical topics (sampling, assay, melting loss) into short, engaging videos  

- Track analytics and refine strategy on a weekly basis  

- Engage with comments and DMs to capture real leads  

- Document a clear SOP so the process can be handed over smoothly later  

- Present final results, including strategy, KPIs and recommendations  

Requirements  

- Available on a freelance / project basis for 5–6 months  

- Comfortable working hybrid (mostly remote, with scheduled on-site days for filming when required)  

- Creative, proactive and confident taking full ownership  

- Willing to learn by doing (no advanced editing skills needed — CapCut is perfectly fine)  

- Genuine interest in content creation and social media marketing  

- Strong self-management, clear communication, and ability to deliver consistently each week
