About the Role

Join Accenture's Talent & Organisation (T&O) practice, where we help organizations successfully navigate transformation through effective change management and workforce adoption strategies. As a Finance Change Lead, you will partner with finance stakeholders to drive the people side of change, ensuring impacted teams are prepared, engaged, and equipped to adopt new ways of working. You will play a key role in delivering change management activities that support transformation outcomes, focusing on stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, business readiness, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support finance transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder identification, analysis, and engagement activities across impacted business groups.
• Assess organizational and workforce impacts arising from transformation initiatives.
• Develop and deliver communication plans that build awareness, understanding, and commitment to change.
• Design and coordinate training, learning, and adoption activities to support successful transitions.
• Implement business readiness activities to prepare stakeholders for future-state processes and ways of working.
• Identify and manage change risks, resistance points, and mitigation strategies.
• Develop practical change solutions using established methodologies, tools, and assets.
• Partner with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive alignment and sustained adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Change Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Transformation, HR Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience delivering stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, adoption, and business readiness activities.
• Experience conducting organizational impact assessments and supporting large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Ability to articulate value cases and develop business cases that demonstrate how organizational, process, and technology changes drive business outcomes.
• Passion for leveraging AI and proven experience applying AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to improve productivity, accelerate deliverable development, enhance decision-making, and drive business outcomes.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
