• Experience working in a retail, warehouse, or event-related industry is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Able to lift, move, and organize event materials as needed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, or Google Sheets).

1. Inventory Management

• Inspect and accurately record incoming and outgoing event items.
• Ensure all event materials are properly labeled, stored and tracked.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain up-to-date stock records.
• Ensure items are packed securely and labeled correctly for transport.

2. Warehouse Organization

• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Arrange and store items systematically to maximize space and efficiency.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

3. Equipment Maintenance

• Perform regular checks to ensure all event equipment is in good working condition.
• Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment for repair or replacement.
• Assist in maintaining and repairing warehouse tools and materials when necessary.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and submit reports on warehouse inventory and activities.
• Record and update warehouse operation procedures and protocols.

5. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the event and design teams to prepare materials for upcoming events.
• Support setup and dismantling teams during event operations when required.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving workflow efficiency.
