What Youll Be Doing

• Assignment Coordination: Support the end-to-end contractor onboarding and assignment management process, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Contractor Support: Act as a key point of contact for contractors, providing guidance and assistance throughout their assignment lifecycle.
• Compliance Management: Ensure all onboarding documentation, work permits, contracts, and compliance requirements are completed and maintained in accordance with company and local regulations.
• Client Coordination: Work closely with clients to facilitate assignment starts, extensions, contract updates, and workforce-related queries.
• Data Administration: Maintain accurate records within internal systems, ensuring contractor, client, and assignment information is up to date.
• Payroll & Timesheet Support: Assist with timesheet processing, payroll coordination, invoicing activities, and the resolution of any related queries.
• Stakeholder Communication: Build positive relationships with contractors, clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a high level of service delivery.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, enhance efficiency, and support best practices across the business.

What Were Looking For

• Administration Experience: Previous experience in administration, coordination, workforce support, HR, recruitment operations, customer service, or a related function.
• Organisation Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Customer Service Focus: Passion for delivering high-quality service and building positive stakeholder relationships.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive approach to resolving issues and identifying practical solutions.
• System Proficiency: Comfortable using databases, CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other business systems.
• Compliance Awareness: Understanding of documentation management and compliance processes is advantageous.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Language Skills: Professional Mandarin and English communication skills are highly desirable.
