plan, coordinate and analyse bake trials using scientific methods and analytical equipment
prepare and bake bread, cake and pastry samples for testing and customer evaluation
develop, test and scale new recipes including functional ingredients such as emulsifiers, raising agents
generate technical reports and presentations to communicate findings internally and externally
ensure high standards of hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety
