What you'll do

• Define and execute the IT infrastructure strategy, with a focus on cloud-native and scalable solutions
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance and horizontal scalability of core platform components
• Oversee the DevOps, SRE and CloudOps functions, including Infrastructure as Code, observability, incident management and CI/CD
• Lead the development and operation of our container platform (Kubernetes)
• Own SLAs for internal and customer-facing services
• Introduce FinOps practices to manage and optimize cloud spend
• Support and evolve corporate IT
• Drive security and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, PCI DSS)
• Lead and grow a team of 5–10 system administrators and DevOps engineers

What we're looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure management, including 2+ years in a leadership role in fintech or a high-load environment
• Deep hands-on experience designing and running cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes
• Proven track record building fault-tolerant, geo-distributed, auto-scaling systems
• Solid database fundamentals and DBMS administration experience
• Strong understanding of information security standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS) as applied to cloud environments
• Working knowledge of FinOps principles: cloud cost management and optimization
• Experience building DR/BC plans (DRP/BCP) and managing infrastructure risk

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• ITIL / TOGAF / COBIT
