• To ensure material receive accuracy from suppliers and perform goods received
• Release goods to production
• Allocate goods into assigned shelf
• To perform stock kitting as per kitting list and release to requestor in timely manner
• To carry out monthly & annual stock count
• To maintain 5S, tidiness, and cleanliness of workplace and storeroom
• To ensure stock returns are counted and allocated into shelf within the stipulated timeline
• To ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedure and ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closure

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification
• Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
• Familiar with basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal, human relations & communication skills
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the purchasing/inventory/material management is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates with responsible attitude are welcome to apply
