Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, including direct communication with clients and consultants. Manage timelines, budgets, and all stages of the project.

• Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clarity in delivering messages and updates to clients and stakeholders.

Follow-up Responsibilities:

• Concept Design & Space Planning: Develop initial design concepts, create space plans, and prepare compelling presentations for client review and approval.
• Tender Documentation & Detailed Drawings: Prepare detailed tender documentation and drawings that meet design specifications and project requirements.
• Compliance with Regulations: Ensure the design and execution of the project adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Client Meetings & Progress Reporting: Attend meetings with clients to discuss design progress, address concerns, and provide regular updates on milestones.
• Vendor Negotiations: Actively engage with vendors, using persuasive and influential communication to secure the best value for the project.

Skills & Experience

· Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must

· At least 2 year of working experience in Corporate Office Interior Design.
