Job Summary

• We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our daily office operations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as on-the-job training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities （Administrative Duties）

• Handle daily office administrative tasks
• Manage documentation, filing, and data entry
• Assist in preparing reports and internal documents
• Maintain office supplies and inventory
• Coordinate meetings and manage schedules

Communication & Coordination

• Answer phone calls and respond to emails
• Assist in internal coordination between departments
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers when necessary

Additional Support

• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication skills
