Key experience we are looking for:

• IT infrastructure operations / systems administration / infrastructure project delivery
• Servers, storage, virtualization and cloud platforms
• On-premises data centre and cloud infrastructure support
• Networking exposure including firewall, load balancer, switches, wireless and VPN
• Infrastructure security, hardening, patching and vulnerability remediation
• Incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, change management and production support
• Experience working with vendors and service providers
• Scripting / automation exposure such as PowerShell or Python would be advantageous
• Government / IM8 experience would be an advantage but is not mandatory
