Location :

• Taman Sutera Utama, Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise and motivate café staff
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and basic training
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B / café operations
• Leadership and people management skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented
