岗位职责
Looking for persons who are willing to learn, self motivated, with high adaptability and persuasive skills.
Attend to clients: Engage with clients and address their requests and enquiries.
Conduct assessments: Perform site assessments and surveys to provide accurate information.
Prepare documents: Create work quotations, risk assessments, pre-condition reports, and other necessary documents.
Manage schedules: Oversee work schedules to ensure efficient project completion.
Conduct briefings: Provide briefings to the team to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Site visits: Visit project sites to supervise works and ensure quality standards are met.
Manage finances: Handle billings, operating costs, and invoices to maintain financial stability.
Achieve sales targets: Work towards achieving sales targets and earn attractive commissions.
To be self-driven for success, able communicate effectively and engage clients proactively.
Commission will be awarded for achievement of sales target
Need to own personal transportation (motorcycle or car or van or lorry)
