About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain both the client-facing and server-side components of our applications. You'll work across the entire stack — from front-end interfaces to back-end services, databases, and infrastructure — collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ship reliable, scalable software.

This role is language-agnostic by design: we care more about strong fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and adaptability across technologies than mastery of any single stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy features across the full application stack (front-end, back-end, and database layers)
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and robust, well-architected APIs/services
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across the stack
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and deployment processes
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where relevant

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full stack software development
• Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework/library (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, Svelte)
• Proficiency in at least one back-end language/framework (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring, Ruby on Rails, PHP/Laravel, Go, .NET)
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design (GraphQL experience a plus)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and/or CI/CD tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript or other typed languages
• Exposure to microservices or serverless architectures
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
