We are looking for passionate, skilled, and reliable Freelance Drone Operators to join our growing team on a project basis. This role focuses solely on drone operations and capturing high-quality aerial footage for events and productions. No editing is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate drones safely and professionally for assigned events and productions.
• Capture high-quality aerial footage, including venue exteriors, establishing shots, crowd scenes, surroundings, and key event moments where appropriate.
• Plan and execute smooth, stable and cinematic drone movements.
• Arrive punctually and ensure all drone equipment is fully prepared and operational.
• Follow all applicable Singapore aviation and venue requirements for drone operations.
• Coordinate closely with photographers, videographers, assistants, and event coordinators.
• Ensure all captured footage meets Studio Mynz’s quality standards.
• Safely back up and hand over all RAW drone footage after the assignment.

Requirements

• Prior experience operating drones for weddings, events, commercial productions, or other professional projects.
• Must own and be proficient in operating a professional camera drone.
• Strong understanding of drone flight, framing, composition, exposure, focus, and cinematic movement.
• Ability to capture smooth and visually engaging aerial footage.
• Good understanding of safe drone operation and situational awareness.
• Professional, punctual, and dependable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays when required.
• Able to travel to various event locations across Singapore.
• Must be able to comply with applicable CAAS requirements, permits, and venue restrictions where required.

Mandatory Equipment

Applicants must own:

• Professional camera drone suitable for commercial/event filming
• At least 3–4 fully charged batteries suitable for the expected assignment
• Spare propellers
• Suitable drone controller and charging equipment
• High-speed memory cards suitable for the drone's recording format
• Carrying case/bag for safe transportation
