Electronic Fuel Injection Engineer

We are seeking an engineer to help in the tuning and testing of Electronic Fuel Injection systems
including gasoline, LPG, CNG and Diesel fuels. The engineer will be based in Parit Buntar, Malaysia
and required to travel to Manila as well as other destinations around the world.

The tuning and testing will consist of changing components, calibrations and fuel injection maps and
test riding or running the vehicle on a dynamometer while analyzing smoothness, engine
temperatures, fuel consumption and exhaust emissions.

The candidate must have the following capabilities:
 Ability to ride clutch motorcycles
 Ability to analyze data on computers (eg. Excell)
 Ability to read and write technical English
 Ability to communicate technical specifications and details effectively
 Ability to travel on his own to international destinations.
 Ability to operate basic laboratory equipment including power supplies, volt meters and digital

oscilloscopes.
 Familiarity with computer – device communications such as USB, Serial and other

communication protocols.
 Basic mechanical skills required for tuning and adjusting engines and vehicles.

Ideally the candidate also has the following capabilities:
 Understands the fundamentals of Internal Combustion Engines
 Understands power electronics
 Is familiar with operation of automotive sensors such as throttle position sensor and crank

position sensor
 Is familiar with actuators such as injector and CDI unit)
 Has experience tuning fuel injection systems
 Had experience tuning, adjusting and repairing motorcycles and cars.
