Ropedia is a Singapore-based, early-stage AI startup focused on building the data infrastructure for spatial and physical intelligence. Our mission is to power the next generation of World Models and Embodied AI.

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented AI Data Specialist to join our growing Data Operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and accuracy of data produced by our data quality control teams. You will conduct quality audits, monitor reviewer performance, identify quality trends, provide actionable feedback, and work closely with internal stakeholders to continuously improve quality standards and operational processes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex quality challenges, maintaining high standards, and contributing to the success of AI data operations.

Responsibilities

• Scale daily QC capacity and improve QC efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate 20+ QC workers at the same time.
• Review videos, AI training data, and annotations for quality.
• Monitor QC performance and identify quality issues.
• Use Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and solve recurring issues.
• Improve QC processes, workflows, and guidelines.
• Work with outsourced teams, vendors, and distributed workers.
• Track QC quality and productivity metrics.
• Proactively identify problems and drive solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in QC, QA, Data Operations, Data Annotation, AI Data Services, or related fields.
• Experience reviewing videos, AI datasets, or annotations.
• Familiar with RCA and continuous process improvement.
• Familiar with data annotation/labelling or QC platforms.
• Experience managing or coordinating 20+ workers is preferred.
• Experience working with outsourced teams or vendors is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership skills.
• Good English communication skills, including the ability to understand technical documentation and work asynchronously.
