Job Responsibilities
Production Administration
- Print and prepare Production Sheets (PS) based on customer orders released by the Customer Service Department.
- Compile, organize, and maintain Purchase Orders (PO), Production Sheets (PS), Work Orders (WO), and other production-related documents.
- Scan, archive, and maintain electronic and hardcopy records according to company procedures.
- Coordinate documentation and information flow between Production, Sales, Planning, Customer Service, and other departments.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and operational data.
- Ensure timely preparation and availability of production-related documentation.
- Support daily production administrative activities and departmental reporting.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and document control records.
OSH Coordination
- Maintain safety-related records, training logs, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in coordinating OSH training, toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and awareness programs.
- Support internal safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
- Assist in preparing documentation for safety audits and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate safety committee meetings and maintain related records.
- Ensure safety documentation is properly updated and accessible.
- Support incident reporting, investigation records, and follow-up actions.
- Promote compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Possession of a valid OSH Coordinator Certificate is preferred.
- Experience in safety administration, OSH documentation, safety audits, or compliance coordination will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, filing, data entry, and document control skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, production documentation, and OSHA requirements will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or factory operations.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 management systems.
- Experience coordinating workplace safety programs and maintaining OSH records.
Fresh graduates with an OSH Coordinator Certificate and strong administrative skills are encouraged to apply.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
