Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers.
Identify and escalate priority issues as per client specifications
Process client service requests and redirect problems to the appropriate resource
Provide support on documentation, including procedural documentation
Act as a liaison between customers and Tier 2 support regarding problem escalation.
Provide client support and technical issue resolution via email and phone
Perform mailbox migrations between Exchange systems, as well as from other vendors to Exchange, in accordance with procedures to ensure seamless transitions
Perform health checks and monitor system availability and functionality.
Provide operational support to system infrastructures.
Requirements:
Experience supporting applications on UNIX/LINUX platforms and databases preferred
Experience in Windows Server, VM, and ITIL would be advantageous
Motivated individual with a challenger spirit and leadership qualities
Troubleshooting and customer-handling skills would be advantageous
Able to work on site with some physical lifting required
