About the role

As a Food & Beverages Attendant at Mercure Penang Beach, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities. This full-time position is based in Penang and is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic hospitality team.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming guests to the dining areas
• Taking food and beverage orders and delivering them promptly
• Ensuring tables are cleaned, set, and stocked with necessary items
• Assisting with food preparation tasks, such as making sandwiches and other light meals
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining areas
• Providing friendly and attentive customer service to all guests
• Collaborating with the kitchen and wider hospitality team to deliver a seamless dining experience
