Job Summary

Job Title:
Design Quality Engineer

Industry:

Location:
Serangoon, Singapore

Working Hours:
5 days/week, 8:30am–5:30pm

Main Responsibilities

Developing and executing

qualification test plans

for new semiconductor equipment designs based on customer use cases.

Designing and implementing

Accelerated Life Testing (ALT)

and stress tests for high-value components.

Performing

statistical and reliability analysis

using DOE, Cpk, t-test, regression, etc.

Evaluating

component and system-level quality

and working with suppliers to drive quality improvements.

Conducting

root cause analysis (RCA)

and troubleshooting with engineering teams.

Tracking defects identified during testing and ensuring

corrective actions

are implemented and closed.

Maintaining

5S, laboratory safety, equipment maintenance, and calibration

standards.

Preparing

technical reports

based on qualification, test, and reliability data.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree

in

Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering

, or related field.

3+ years

of experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of

qualification testing, test planning, test instrumentation, and problem-solving.

Experience with

statistical analysis and reliability methods

, especially:
DOE

Cpk

t-test

Regression

Reliability analysis

Proficient in

Minitab

and

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong

RCA, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a

fast-paced engineering environment.

Good

communication and interpersonal skills.
