Job Description – Site Project Manager (ELV Systems)

Position: Site Project Manager
Location: Singapore
Industry: Construction / ELV Systems
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee site operations for ELV (Extra Low Voltage) projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and site manpower.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress updates.
• Resolve technical and operational issues arising during project execution.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction or ELV projects.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA System, Security Systems, and BMS.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and site teams effectively.
• Experience in Singapore projects will be an advantage.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
