Main Responsibilities:
Administer the document management system (DMS) for SOPs, batch records, protocols, and reports
Process document initiation, revision, review, approval, and distribution workflows
Ensure document version control, archiving, and retrieval processes comply with GMP and GDocP standards
Track and coordinate document review and approval timelines
Provide training to staff on document control procedures and DMS usage
Support audits and regulatory inspections by ensuring documentation is organized and accessible
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage periodic document review cycles
Identify and implement improvements to the document management system
About You:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field.
4- 8 years of relevant work experience
