E-Commerce Sales & Operations Executive

Responsibilities

Manage multiple online marketplace accounts
Reply to customer enquiries and close sales
Create and maintain product listings
Manage online advertisements and promotions
Maintain accurate sales and inventory records
Update stock quantities after every sale
Monitor stock levels and arrange purchase/replenishment of new stock
Support warehouse walk-in sales and maintain attractive product displays
Coordinate with part-time sales staff when required
Prepare monthly sales reports including revenue, expenses and net profit
Track best-selling and slow-moving products
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements

Sales-driven with good customer communication skills
Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Able to prepare, organise and analyse sales and inventory data in Excel
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Retail, e-commerce or sales experience is an advantage
Familiarity with e-commerce or online marketplaces is an advantage
