Brikmen (M&E) Sdn. Bhd. is a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contracting company based in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. Established in July 2025, we are a growing company focused on delivering quality M&E solutions for construction projects.

As part of our business expansion, we are looking for a motivated and committed Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This position will primarily focus on tender management, cost estimation, Variation Orders (VO), Final Accounts, and value engineering. As a growing business, the successful candidate may also assist with project coordination and general administrative matters when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate tender submissions for M&E projects.
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare cost estimates, tender analysis, and project budgets.
• Prepare, negotiate, and manage Variation Orders (VO).
• Prepare and finalize Final Accounts with clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs and support commercial cost control.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization.
• Assist in contract administration and commercial documentation.
• Attend site visits, measurements, and project meetings when required.
• Assist with project documentation, coordination, and general administrative tasks as required to support business operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Tendering, Contract Administration, or Cost Management within the construction industry.
• Experience in M&E projects is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of tendering, cost estimation, Variation Orders (VO), and Final Accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
