• Performs repairs and preventative maintenance work to ensure the hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained

• Maintain records of maintenance activities in the appropriate logs. To conduct regular air con maintenance and repairs.

• Performs inspections and routine maintenance

• To repair all defects in common areas and rooms (etc, doors, bed lights, shower holders) and able to identify deficiencies.

• To carry out ad hoc painting jobs due to wear and tear of hotel interiors.

• To work with contractors eg fire, electrical, internet, telco to ensure that the hotel is able to operate efficiently without any disruptions.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $1,567.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• hotel Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
