About Us

Ecolah Pte. Ltd. is a growing importer and distributor of premium Spanish food products in Singapore. We work with leading supermarkets, specialty retailers, hotels, restaurants, and food service partners, bringing high-quality products to the local market.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organised Operations & Logistics Executive to join our team on a permanent basis.

What you will do

• Manage customer orders from receipt through to final delivery, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor international shipments and proactively resolve logistics and operational issues.
• Prepare and manage import documentation, shipping documents, and customs-related paperwork.
• Plan and coordinate deliveries with customers and logistics providers.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning and replenishment.
• Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and other operational documentation.
• Support basic accounting and administrative tasks related to daily operations.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and internal processes.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Career Conversion Programme (CCP) applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in logistics, operations, import/export, supply chain, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage.
• Knowledge of administrative processes and office operations will be highly valued.
• Strong interest in logistics, international trade, and supply chain management.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software is an advantage.
• Interest in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
