Responsibilities:
ODC Strategy & Governance
- Support the execution of Offshore Delivery Centre (ODC) location strategy initiatives across existing and proposed supplier locations.
- Track progress of ODC-related activities, action items, and deliverables to ensure timely execution against agreed timelines.
- Prepare status updates, briefing materials, and management reports for ODC governance forums and stakeholder meetings.
- Assist in maintaining ODC governance documentation, operating procedures, and supplier obligations.
Supplier Risk & Third-Party Management
- Act as the primary coordinator for third-party risk assessments involving strategic suppliers and ODC service providers.
- Liaise with Risk Management, Procurement, Compliance, Information Security, and supplier representatives to facilitate assessment activities and remediation tracking.
- Monitor assessment findings, risk treatment plans, and closure status to ensure timely completion of agreed actions.
- Maintain supplier governance records, assessment documentation, and risk registers.
- Support periodic reviews of supplier compliance with policies, standards, and contractual obligations.
Business Continuity & Operational Resilience
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and operational resilience activities for TCoE and supplier ODCs.
- Coordinate business continuity exercises, recovery tests, and crisis management activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Track BCM readiness, action items, and remediation activities arising from exercises and assessments.
- Maintain business continuity documentation, contact lists, recovery procedures, and supporting records.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to ensure effective communication and follow-up of operational, risk, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor action items arising from governance meetings, supplier reviews, risk assessments, and business continuity exercises.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness, governance, supplier management, and reporting capabilities.
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in offshore delivery environments, supplier governance, vendor management, operational risk management, or project governance.
- Familiarity with banking, financial services, or regulated environments will be an advantage.
- Minimum understanding of third-party risk management, supplier governance, and control frameworks.
- Experience coordinating risk assessments, compliance reviews and remediation tracking.
- Experience supporting Business Continuity Management (BCM), disaster recovery exercises, operational resilience testing, or crisis management activities.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in metrics reporting, dashboard preparation, and management reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong vendor management skills, including performance monitoring, issue management, escalation handling, and governance coordination.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across Risk, Procurement, Compliance, Technology, and Operations functions.
