Procurement Executive

We’re looking for a Procurement Executive who is a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for efficiency and value creation with procurement executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of a forward-thinking procurement strategy that aligns with our brand values, operational needs, and growth ambitions. Ensure sourcing efforts support both near-term objectives and long-term scalability.
- Cost Optimization & Efficiency: Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality. Analyze purchasing patterns, optimize inventory levels, and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency across the supply chain.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with operations, finance, product, and retail teams to understand business needs, align procurement plans, and support seamless execution across all touchpoints.
- Sustainability & Ethical Sourcing: Responsible in sourcing practices by prioritizing environmentally sustainable materials and ensuring ethical standards are upheld throughout the supply chain.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Mitigate supply chain risks by staying ahead of market trends, diversifying supplier bases, and ensuring all procurement activities comply with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and procurement metrics to evaluate supplier performance, forecast demand, and drive strategic purchasing decisions that support operational and financial goals.
- Technology & Process Improvement: Identify and implement procurement tools, systems, and automation solutions that streamline workflows, increase transparency, and support scalability.
- Inventory & Forecasting Alignment: Work with internal teams to ensure accurate demand planning and inventory control, minimizing stockouts and reducing excess.
- Vendor and Resource Management: Maintain proactive, productive relationships with key suppliers. Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and build long-term value.
- Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain Management or any related fields
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- A valuable team player and able to work independently
