Job Descriptions :

• Assign daily task for harvesting & maintenance mandore
• Involved in daily supervising a group of general workers
• Ensure the workers under his supervision comply with safety policy & MSPO standard of procedures
• Responsible in job inspection for harvesting standard and quality
• Monitor and supervise harvesting interval
• Spot check grading at platform
• Responsible for other duties as directed by the immediate superior by time

Job Requirements :

• Possess a minimum of SPM or Certificate in Agriculture or any relevant field
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written) and computer literate
• Preferably has working experience as Field Supervisor in Oil Palm Plantation
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with leadership
• Ability to manage a large number of workers
• Can handle pressure and meet tight datelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
