Key Responsibilities

• Review customer mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) recommendations.
• Liaise with customers on technical and engineering matters.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and purchasing to ensure project success.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and production transfer.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and CAD files.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, machining, and mechanical assembly is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with good follow-up and project coordination abilities.
• Experience in technical sales or manufacturing engineering is preferred.
