职位描述

岗位职责

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant IT helpdesk, desktop support or end-user computing support experience in a corporate or 24x7 manufacturing environment.
  • Work experience in Windows XP, 7-11, Microsoft O365
  • Windows endpoint support, Microsoft 365, Active Directory account administration, basic network troubleshooting, printer support, IT asset handling, endpoint security awareness and service desk ticket management.
  • Customer service mindset, clear communication, urgency management, teamwork, problem solving, documentation discipline, attention to detail and compliance with IT procedures.
