Roles and Responsibility

• Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
• Leads overall team comprising manufacturing technician Level 1 to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
• Review daily and regularly plan operating performance and advice on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies and quality.
• Hold regular discussions with team members and subordinates to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability.
• Ensure compliance of business process standard set by customers.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum qualification of Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in the related fields is required for this position.
• Willing to work at Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
