• Install, configure, test, and demonstrate digital equipment, electronic systems, and related machinery at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on digital, electronic, and automated equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment, electrical, electronic, software, connectivity, and system-related issues.
• Attend customer breakdown calls and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize equipment downtime.
• Perform system testing, calibration, configuration, and functional checks after installation or repair.
• Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of sensors, controllers, communication devices, monitoring systems, and other digital equipment.
• Support basic networking, connectivity, and communication between machines, devices, and computer systems.
• Use digital diagnostic tools, service applications, computers, and technical software to identify and resolve equipment problems.
• Recommend suitable spare parts, components, and technical solutions based on equipment condition and troubleshooting results.
• Provide basic technical guidance and training to customers on the operation and proper use of equipment.
• Maintain accurate digital records of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
• Prepare service reports and document technical issues, solutions, parts used, and work completed.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and routine technical inspections.
• Ensure all tools, testing equipment, spare parts, and materials are properly maintained and stored.
• Follow company safety procedures, technical standards, and customer site requirements.
• Work closely with engineers, service teams, sales teams, and customers to resolve technical issues.
• Continuously develop knowledge of new digital technologies, automation, electronic systems, and diagnostic methods.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence.
• Willing to travel and work outstation when required, including overnight stays.
• Experience in technical support, electronics, automation, machinery, networking, equipment installation, troubleshooting, or maintenance is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computers, networking, electronics, sensors, automation, or digital systems is an advantage.
• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, diagnostic software, and digital service applications.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and committed to regular attendance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing hands-on technical work.
• Willing to learn new technologies and develop technical skills.

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday : 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday : 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
