Join a dynamic healthcare support team as a Customer Support Associate, where you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced call centre environment, enjoys helping others, and is confident handling multiple systems while delivering professional and empathetic service.

What You'll Do:

• Handle high-volume enquiries and appointment requests via phone, email, and live chat.

• Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.

• Work closely with various departments to resolve enquiries and ensure smooth follow-up.

• Manage challenging or sensitive interactions with patience, professionalism, and resilience.

• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while handling customer interactions efficiently.

• Adapt to changes in workflows, processes, and service guidelines.

• Contribute to initiatives that enhance overall customer experience and service standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong customer service or call centre experience will be advantageous.

• Clear communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette.

• Service-oriented, empathetic, and confident when interacting with customers.

• Resilient and able to remain composed when handling high call volumes or challenging interactions.

• Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems while speaking with customers.

• Fast and adaptable, with the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.

• Comfortable working in a desk-based, high-volume call environment, handling up to approximately 200 calls per day.

• Comfortable undergoing a typing assessment as part of the selection process.
