**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events and projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational abilities and thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments.



**Job Description**


Coordinate closely with internal teams to prepare event materials, manpower, schedules, and onsite arrangements.
Support the development of event proposals, timelines, floor plans, and logistic documents.
Handle venue and equipment sourcing, delivery arrangements, and setup/teardown coordination.
Conduct internal briefings and ensure all teams are aligned on event requirements.
Assist with promoter recruitment, scheduling, and deployment for sales or roadshow events.
Support budgeting, expense tracking, and post-event reporting.


**Job Requirements**

• Minimum Diploma in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail and time management skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively in multicultural teams

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as required;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
