Job Title: Admin Support (Project Engineering Team)
We're looking for a hardworking Admin Support staff to join our Project Engineering team. No prior experience is necessary — we'll train you on the job. This role supports our engineers in managing the administrative side of ongoing installation projects, from tendering paperwork through to project completion.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Project Engineers across active project works
Prepare, organize, and track project documents (quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, variation orders)
Assist with compiling project schedules, site progress reports, and submission documents
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams on material orders and documentation
Maintain organized project files (physical and digital) for each project
Track project milestones, outstanding tasks, and follow up on pending approvals/submissions
Support data entry into project trackers/spreadsheets
Other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
Requirements
No experience required — training provided
Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Nitec or equivalent
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word/Excel)
Willing to work hard and learn
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task across multiple projects

INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING & TESTING OF AIR CONDITIONING AND MECHANICAL VENTILATION SYSTEM OF FACTORY, SCHOOL, CONDOMINIUM, SHOPPING MALL, WAREHOUSE, ETC
