Key Responsibilities

• Provide application development and administration of enterprise systems
• Handle user support calls, perform first and second level troubleshooting, diagnose application related issues and escalate to vendor for resolution
• Involve in testing of pre-release applications, related software and tools
• Participate in implementation projects and provide post-implementation support
• Plan and liaise with vendors in project implementation, application testing, support application patches and upgrades
• Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Qualifications / Professional Certifications / Skills Required

• A recognise degree/diploma in IT
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application support and hands-on application implementation.
• Experience in deploying workflow and automation solutions
• Hand-on knowledge in Nintex K2, Microsoft Power Automate and SQL
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player with ability to work with people from all levels
