Assisting monitoring and coordinating site activities under the guidance of the Project Manager

Assist the Project Manager in daily site operations and project coordination

Attend site meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Support project scheduling, progress tracking, and milestone updates

Monitor work progress and report delays, issues, and discrepancies

Maintain proper filing and control of project records

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports

Prepare and maintain project documentation (site reports, RFIs, progress updates, variation orders)

Assist in submissions to clients, consultants, and relevant authorities

Support compliance with safety regulations and company procedures

Highlight risks or issues and recommend solutions to the Project Manager

Coordinate inspections and follow up on quality checks to ensure works meet required standards

Communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders
