Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Industrial Machinery Manufacturing
Position Title: Service Technician
Working Location: Central
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 830am-530pm
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,500 + Allowance + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Install, validate, and commission pumps and related systems on-site.
Troubleshoot, service, and perform minor repairs at customer sites.
Overhaul vane, claw, and screw pumps in the workshop.
Provide technical support and user training on pump operation and maintenance.
Diagnose equipment failures and prepare failure analysis reports.
Maintain accurate service records in the company database.
Retrieve technical information through the company intranet.
Respond promptly to service requests and complete work safely.
Support workshop and on-site activities with the Service Team.
Perform other duties assigned by the Workshop Supervisor.

Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
2–3 years of experience servicing pumps, industrial equipment, or mechanical systems preferred.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in pump installation, commissioning, maintenance, or overhaul is an advantage.
Able to prepare service reports.
