We are in the hunt for a highly driven and motivated

Operations Executive

to join our highly talented team in a

fast-growing startup at the early stages of growth.

Responsibilities:
Your must possess a Class 3 driving license

Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

Plan and schedule deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service.

Act as the key contact point for clients, vendors, and partners.

Prepare reports

Coordinate with drivers and customer service teams

Receive, check, and organize incoming goods.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.

Assist with stocktaking and inventory control.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.

Label, sort, and store items properly for easy retrieval.

Assist in loading and unloading goods.

Documentation & System Updates

Record goods received and dispatched accurately.

Update inventory systems or manual records when required.

Operate basic equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) safely.

Double as back up driver as and when required.

Requirements

:

Possess initiative and able to work independently.

Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multi-task effectively.

Computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.

Willing to travel to client sites as needed.

Must have a valid Class 3 driving license to support on-site deliveries or logistics when required.

Warehouse operations knowledge or experience will be an advantage.
