Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly work progress claim & assist in tender taking off

• Issuance of invoice and follow up payments from contractor

• Assist on contractual matters from site or superiors

• Work independently, accuracy and able to meet deadline

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in any discipline or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year experience in construction field

• Ability in using Excel, AutoCount & AutoCAD

• Good teamwork and communication
