is seeking a
Technical Support Engineer
to join their dynamic team:

Position:
Technical Support Engineer
Location:
Southwest
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
Salary Package:
Up to $5,200 + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
Provide engineering solutions and technical support to customers, as well as the sales and marketing teams, including technical submissions, proposals, quotations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
Respond to technical enquiries from clients, architects, consultants, and contractors during both pre-sales and post-sales stages.
Assist in developing practical engineering solutions using structural calculations and relevant design standards to meet project requirements.
Process and coordinate customer orders.
Support business development by conducting technical presentations and engaging consultants to secure product specifications.
Work closely with internal teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities and support continuous product improvement.
Job Requirements:
At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Familiar with MS Office, CAD and Revit.
