Role Summary
Lead backend teams, architect scalable .NET systems, and drive engineering and code excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and guide backend engineers while driving high engineering standards and team accountability.
• System Architecture & Design: Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure backend microservices and API platforms using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Enforce clean architecture principles, conduct thorough code reviews, and proactively eliminate technical debt.
• Database & Performance Optimization: Oversee database schema design, manage query tuning, and optimize data access using Entity Framework Core and SQL Server.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with frontend leads, product managers, and DevOps engineers to ensure reliable end-to-end delivery.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of software development experience with at least 1–2 years in a technical leadership or architectural role.
• Technical Stack: Deep hands-on expertise in C#, modern .NET / ASP.NET Core Web API, RESTful services, and Git-based workflows.
• Database & Infrastructure: Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis), Docker, and cloud environments (AWS / Azure).
• Leadership Profile: Excellent communication skills, sound technical judgment, and the ability to balance feature delivery with long-term system health.
