Job Responsibilities
In charge of daily operations of the Active Ageing Centre(AAC).
Supervise Centre staff
Coordinate support services and organize inter-generational activities for the Seniors in the identified blocks within the service cluster
Ensure that the programs and activities meet the performance indicators and operating guidelines issued by the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC)and preparation of reports
To mentor and motivate a team of AAC staff and volunteers
Befriending and Buddying to identified seniors
To conduct regular outreach to the seniors in the identified blocks
Establish and motivate seniors to run mutual help groups
Preparation and submission of internal and external reports
Supervision and manning of the Alert Alarm System
Ensure the Centre is well-maintained at all times
Job Requirements
Possess GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma in Community & Social Service
Have at least 4 years of related work experience in AAC
Have knowledge on the role and function of AAC, would be an advantage
People-oriented and passionate towards working with Seniors and for Seniors
